Today, the DNR Minoborony reported that junta forces fired Grad MRLs at our lines, “they used Grad MRLs against Novaya Marevka, killing one of our soldiers”. Shortly, OSCE observers and members of the STsKK (ceasefire monitoring organ) will go to the scene. According to the Minsk Accords, both parties to the conflict pledged to withdraw heavy weapons from the contact line. They were to withdraw artillery of over 10-cm in calibre 50 kilometres (34 miles), regular MRLs were to go back 70 kilometres (44 miles), Tornado, Uragan, and Smerch MRLs and Tochka SRBMs were to withdraw 140 kilometres (87 miles). The parties must withdraw their weapons at equal distances, with the junta withdrawing from the current line of contact, and the DNR/LNR forces withdrawing from a line fixed by the Minsk memorandum of 19 September.
