NATO Spearhead Troops Start Drills in Poland

    NATO forces have started military exercises in Poland. The drills dubbed Noble Jump are to assess the alliance’s rapid reaction readiness. Over 2,100 forces called Spearhead troops are taking part in the drills .The forces were allocated at a NATO summit last year in reaction to events in eastern Ukraine. Poland, Germany, Norway, the United States, Belgium, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic have participated in the exercises. It is part of the Allied Shield exercises that will involve 14-thousand troops from 19 NATO members and three partner nations. Click on image for article.
